Project met Brabant Chamber Orchestra

"Our journey began with the story of Coriolan. We sympathized with this tragic tale of betrayal and honor. But what does that even mean, betrayal? We learned about the cause of betrayal and that it is part of being human. We learned about the different perspectives a story can have, and that we need to listen to each other.

We continued our journey in the Middle East, where we got more background on Amin Ebrahimi's new composition. We learned about the unusual combination of accordion and piano and the new take on microtonality.

We returned to Europe, to meet our soloists Diana Pivak and Lieke op 't Roodt. We learned about their ambitions and passions. Then we also saw some previews of the Double Concerto, which they will perform with us.

Now it is almost time: the concert ‘𝚅𝚎𝚛𝚛𝚊̈𝚝𝚎𝚛' will take place this Friday. The concert in which we will show the passion of the orchestra members, be part of a world premiere, and for the first time present ourselves as the identity we want to be.
